Lazy parent?

Hi I have a question so my 1 year old goes to bed between 7/8 depending on her last nap of the day she’s currently only having 1 nap atm and that’s sorta fallen into our laps wasnt something planned just happened.
So she wakes up at 5/6am I give her a bottle and she goes back to sleep? Till 8/9 sometimes 7 but mostly 8 or 9.
Is that bad of me? Should I just be getting up for the day? Because I go back to sleep for the 1/3 hours she sleeps extra!

(If she wakes up at 7 we do get up for the day Id like to add but if it’s 6:40am and under I give her a bottle and she goes back to sleep)

Is this wrong of me? Should I be getting up for the day?

No you’re not! I wish my son did that 🤣 I do breastfeed him when he wakes up and if he goes back to bed good if not we get up. But honestly, get all the rest you can!

I wish my girl did that, she wakes anywhere from 4:30-6am and usually after a very bad night of a lot of wake ups so I get very little sleep

Not lazy at all, my little boy is the same, cause she’s on one nap a day she probably needs the lay in as well, if she was ready to get up for the day she’s probably stay awake rather than going back to sleep x

Nope it’s not lazy at all. I refuse to get out of bed before 7. If my boy wakes up and isn’t crying then I’ll leave him in his cot until 7. Sometimes he’ll go back to sleep others he’ll just chat away happily to himself

We are the same, we usually get to sleep in till about half eight nine, you’re doing great

Nope it’s not lazy. My son is up every hour through the night so sometimes we stay in bed until noon. I have to get what little sleep I can.

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

New born

Finally had my baby girl via C-section on the 18th, everything has been so far. But I’ve noticed she’s very fussy and cries a lot. I’ve been trying to exclusively breastfeed. The lactation consultant at the hospital said I did look like I’m making enough milk for her. She was latching on good at the hospital and now here at home, she doesn’t seem to want to latch at all. She’s been crying a lot and very fussy. I’m just wondering is she’s colic or like maybe she just doesn’t want the breast anymore?

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
