My girl has always been such a good eater. But recently her appetite is really poor and she won't touch veg if she sees it.
Cutting out snacks worked for a while, but she's back to eating a few mouthfuls at mealtimes and it being thrown on the floor.
I'm at a loss, even her favourites are a struggle now π last night we shared a tuna omelette with onions and mushrooms in and she devoured it, but only because it was mine. I am going to try making her that today though and see what happens.
Any other suggestions please?!

We found that our LG eats much better when she's left to it and we don't pay much attention to her and her plate during mealtimes. We usually serve her whatever we're eating alongside something "safe" that we know she'll eat.
That said, she still doesn't eat much at home while at nursery she apparently asks for seconds most days π€·π»ββοΈ

I tend to 'ignore her' too as that used to work, but now that's stopped working. She eats amazingly at nursery and as I work there I've witnessed it π€¦ββοΈ but I give her the same foods at home and it gets launched. She used to love a roast, so at the weekend all 4 of us sat and had one together. She ate 3 spoons of mashed potato, handed me each individual pea, and sucked the juice from the gammon π€¦ββοΈ
