I’m 32 + 5 weeks and I’ve just started getting stretch marks at the very bottom of my bump (above pubic bone). Does anyone recommend anything to use or a routine to minimise these please? And did anyone get there’s this early? Feel like this is really early to start getting stretch marks.

I use expert midwife serum every day so far don’t have any but I’m only 28 weeks. I’ve heard stretch marks are genetic though you either get them or you don’t

28 weeks here and started getting stretch marks on my lower belly, started getting them on my hips from the start but only now on my belly. I use bio oil, and another Italian herbal cream which is supposed to be great for this but with no luck. I honestly think its just hereditary on how elastic our skin is. I struggle accepting them but we need to remember we are growing a tiny human, our body is doing an amazing job and we have time to attend to the rest once baby is here and safe.❤️

I got them at 32 weeks and also got more after I gave birth at top of my thighs. No-one told me about that tho! I used mama mio cream
They are genetic I’m afraid.

I've had them since about 20 weeks, just one of those things though

Bio oil I swear by it xx

I use e45 and weleda cream I think it’s called. I wouldn’t say looks wise it’s making a difference, I’m more using it due to how itchy it is to provide some relief from that x

I’ve used a combination of coco butter for stretch marks and also then bio oil and top and so far haven’t had any stretch marks at all for both my babies x

Neil yards mother’s balm twice a day. I’ve been using it since the day I found out and haven’t had any yet at 32 weeks. I am usually prone to stretch marks as well so I actually think this is working.

I’ve got them all over my belly despite using aloe Vera gel and Burts Bees mama oil! They’re not purple though so it’s definitely working to minimise them but they’re still there x

Cocoa butter helped me :)

Definitely not early you only have 8 weeks to go!

I’ve had stretch marks for weeks already 😫
It’s mostly genetic so unfortunately not much you can do to avoid them but I use this from lush on my belly when showering, and palmers stretch mark cream twice a day.
Afterwards I’ll be using bio oil too but it has vitamin A in, which is probably fine, but am avoiding for now for that reason.

Palmers stretch mark cream and bio oil every day since 10 weeks - 32 weeks now and not a single stretch mark where I’ve applied but funnily enough, I found a few under my boob yesterday so must’ve been missing that area out when putting them on 🤦🏻♀️🙈 if you’re going to invest in just the one, I’d say palmers stretch mark cream!

I just started getting stretch marks too at 32 weeks! Using mama mio oil but also eating lots of nutrients and vit c helps apparently?

I use expert midwife fantastic skin elastic serum everyday and it's working wonders on me so far
