I have a 1month old and she started vomiting randomly. She seems fine otherwise. I burp her and sit her up for 30mins after a feed. Does anyone else have this issue? I'm worried every time I feed her now, is she gonna throw up?!? I breastfeed so idk how much she's eating. When she throws up it seems like 4oz come out. How do I go about helping her keep it down and not throw up as much?

Talk to her doctor. Any advice you seek here should go through them as well.
Do you do one feed, one burp, or do you burp multiple times through the feed? If the former, try the latter. Harder with breast feeding to gauge volume so go with minutes - interrupt her every few to burp. Go slow. Better she get tired and drink less than give you back everything she drank in the first place.
Only other thing I can think of is if you've had a dramatic diet shift impacting your milk. Specifically things like garlic I am told can impact flavor. Again, run that by a doctor if you can think of anything that might have changed.

I'll try that

My baby was doing the same thing and his pediatrician said pump your milk and add a little oatmeal or rice for babies. Seems like they have reflux. As long as your baby is gaining weight. They are okay.
-my son pediatrician advise

my son was having a similar issue so we started taking breaks during feeds to burp and it helped him a lot

My sons been having the same issue. We spent all weekend in the ER by recommendation of his pediatrician. Thankfully we ruled out all the super scary things but you need to talk to their pediatrician especially if it's true vomit and not just spit up.

My baby does the same. His pediatrician told us not to worry as long as it’s white/milk colored and it’s not “exorcist” style vomiting all day. We make sure to burp him at the end of every breastfeeding session, but if he’s having a bottle, we’ll stop him a couple times to burp him throughout. Also, sometimes we can avoid the vomiting if he lets out some good farts beforehand, so we do some bicycle legs & stretches too. The pediatrician also said that the foremilk can be more upsetting to baby’s tummies than the hind milk, so I try to only feed him on one boob each time (unless he’s still doing g hunger cues at the end), but I switch to the other boob next time I feed him to keep them balanced. I also found that it seemed to be worse when I had heavy dairy meals before feeding him, so I cut cow dairy out of my diet (my husband is also lactose intolerant) - we got oat milk, lactose free yogurt, & coconut milk ice cream.
