I just used his diaper bag. When he was going they had a cubby for him for his bag and extra clothes that was labeled. And then the had a cubby for diapers wipes and cream that was labeled for him and they labeled each diaper. The fridge for the milk had trays for each kid that was labeled and then we had to label all the bottles. Idk if you place would be that in depth but it made it super easy. And soiled clothes when in little baggies with their name on it in a bin

As an ex nursery assistant, just avoid anything that has string straps or plastic bags. I always used my kids personalised backpack, they went full time. If they changed their clothes I would just replace it the next day. But we’ve had parents use their changing bags, backpacks, tote bags, even a kids small suitcase. Some nurseries have different rules so double check with them but if you need a bigger bag or even 2 it’s usually fine
