I’m 3 months postpartum and I still cannot hold my bladder. I’m wearing depends 😳 all day and night. Anyone else dealing with this? I feel like no one is talking about these kind of issues and I’d love to find some support with women who understand.

Lots of women just assume this is normal, and it doesn't help that the healthcare field has only started acknowledging it in recent years. It's actually NOT normal (just very common), and you have options. It won't be gone at 3 months postpartum, just like it won't be gone at 3 years (like me). It can get mildly better, sure. But until you address the actual cause, it's here to stay.
You need a pelvic floor rehabilitation program. NOT the ones at a physical therapy center by some dude with a physical therapy degree treating general things. I'm talking a program run by your local hospital or clinic specifically designed for women. They'll find out if your issue is mild and only related to pelvic floor weakness, or if there's a bigger issue such as a bladder/uterus prolapse, or a fissure somewhere. Some OB's can find this in a pelvic exam but it's often missed. In mild cases kegels and mild exercise is enough, but in worse cases surgery is an option. These programs usually require a referral from your OB.

This is a place near you. I'm over in West Columbia, so I'm not actually familiar with it. One big concern is making sure your insurance will cover it. Most types of physical therapy are not covered, but since this technically affects women's ability to navigate daily life, I thiiiiiiink insurances have started covering it. Double check for sure though.
Personally, I'm currently pregnant so I won't be starting therapy until after I have my baby. I never had the time to address my issue because I was juggling too much and didn't have childcare. Hopefully it will help us both ☺️

I bought underwear, they are not depends, for the fact that I just sneeze and I wet my pants.
