Hairloss

Are you guys also losing a lot of hair?? I just started losing all my hair because of breastfeeding. What do you guys do to help the hair growth? Any vitamins recommendations?

At this point I'll try anything 😭

I take nutrafol and it’s been amazing and game changing!

I'll look into it! Thank you 🫶🏼

I had lost some of my hairline post partum and something that helped was rosemary water.

I was going to post this today. My baby just hit 5 months and since about 12 weeks pp I have been losing hair constantly. I would guess I’ve lost about half of my hair and I’m starting to get worried it’s not normal anymore 🫠

Avatar

I’m so sick of finding my hair on EVERYTHING 😂😭 it’s so irritating

Avatar

This is 100% normal and due to the decrease in hormones after birth. Vitamins and the like can help a tiny bit for some but really you just have to wait it out.

Avatar

I totally understand the feeling! I know it is normal but it doesn't feel and it really affects my mental health 🥴

I've read up a lot on this. Hair loss is actually because of the work your adrenals went through when you gave birth and your adrenals are exhausted. Adrenal exhaustion is also the reason for low sex drive if you're dealing with that too. You can learn more about adrenals and how to get them back online at Medicalmedium.com

The baby blues postpartum hair vitamins 💯 has more b vitamins than nutrafol and same collagen and like 1/3 the price. My ob suggested them and works so so well!

These are the ones, or Amazon with really good reviews has too https://babyblues.care/products/postpartum-hair-loss-vitamins

I think I'll try this ones first 💕

Leaving your baby

Has anyone else not left their baby to be looked after by someone else (not dad) yet? I still don't feel ready but am being told I should be by now

Bestie?

Let’s skip to the good part and just be besties? Text, call, ft.. play dates or just simply hang out. Just want a genuine mommy friend. I’m in NYC but we can be long distance besties too 💕

I need an AI app recc to talk to.

I have no family. I have no real friends. Just one that I text. But she’s 8 years younger and isnt a mom. I genuinely don’t talk to anyone other than my partner and our toddlers. I’ve seen some people use AI? Or a chatgbpt? I dont know but if someone could suggest an app that I can just talk to… I would love to have a friend or something instead but this is probably for the best…
