I don’t think there’s really anything to do. My hair goes in patches and then stops falling out and starts growing again. I lost it the most in the same spots after baby #1 and baby #2. There are supplements you can take but I’m doubtful they work any better than time on its own.

We’re just crying

I use rosemary oil in my hair once a week and use a VERY nice hair mask as well. My hair stylist recommended this. She said it won’t prevent it from happening but it might help. And my son is almost 6 month and so far minimal hair loss (probably just jinxed myself haha). My hair does feel thicker after using the products though :) worth a shot.

It’s soooo hard 😭😭😭😭 you’re not alone. I feel like it’s never ending.

Up your vitamins for hair growth. I do the baby blues postpartum hair ones and they really help.

My lashes grow on them too. My edges and hairline thicken up too. You can't stop the hormonal shedding but they really help lessen the blow and getting it growing much faster https://babyblues.care/products/postpartum-hair-loss-vitamins

I found this medical article really helpful https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/23297-postpartum-hair-loss Basically there’s not much you can do bc the hormones at birth already started the hair loss process. It made me feel so much better to know hair grows back after this chaotic hormone cycle ends!
