Vitamins for toddlers

I give my little boy the NHS healthy start vitamin drops, I didn't so much in the summer but definitely in the winter with all the germs he picks up at nursery!

Yes we use multivitamin gummies. They're for 3+ but health visitor said the levels of vitamins aren't harmful, it's only a case of whether your child is okay with that sort of thing. They've been great for my LG x
