Can being dehydrated affect my breast milk??

So me and my baby have had a pretty hard day today after an extremely difficult night last night.
She will be feeding and then suddenly get really upset and just start crying, she doesn't have tongue or lip tie, the HV said she doesn't believe she has reflux or anything like that so it's just been an absolute mistery as to why she suddenly starts unconsolably screaming at my breast.
And what I've just realised is I haven't had barely any water at all today and I am definetly dehydrated from it. She's also been fine with it the past few days so I thought she was getting over it until today. So what's changed? Well I got myself into a routine while alone at home to drink apple juice in the morning, then water for the rest of the day and then milk before bed and today's a Saturday so the little routine was ruined. After finally getting the baby to sleep gone 5am the night before I didn't wake up till late so there was no apple juice in the morning, then just a bit of water because I went out and didn't drink anything while out, came home and had apple juice, had dinner, bathed the upset baby and went to bed with my glass of milk. And thinking about it, on days I can remember her doing this, it has been days where I have not had a lot of fluid intake. And drinking water has gotten better and better, just like her crying at my breast has been slowly stopping.

Sorry for the long story for just one question, I just want to get all the details in there 😅

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

New born

Finally had my baby girl via C-section on the 18th, everything has been so far. But I’ve noticed she’s very fussy and cries a lot. I’ve been trying to exclusively breastfeed. The lactation consultant at the hospital said I did look like I’m making enough milk for her. She was latching on good at the hospital and now here at home, she doesn’t seem to want to latch at all. She’s been crying a lot and very fussy. I’m just wondering is she’s colic or like maybe she just doesn’t want the breast anymore?

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
