Induction

This is what happened to me, I felt so disheartened so sending love if your feeling the same ❤️
I tried doing lots of things I could to try and help move things along and I ramped these up during the second dose (constantly on the ball bouncing, circling etc. , walking around, side stepping up and down the stairs) - whether this helped or not I don't know but it made me feel a little better. After 6 hours I was checked again and the midwife said I was 1cm but she could feel babies head. It was a 50/50 but she was confident a doctor could potentially break my water so they tried, was successful and I went up to 3cm immediately. My first pecessary went in at 1pm on Wednesday 31st, and they broke my water at 11pm on the Thursday.

I’ve had exactly the same currently on 1st pessary had nothing although they said they can see tightnings on the monitor, getting checked again at 3 hoping they can break my waters if not then it’s another pessary 😭. Wishing you luck hope the 2nd one works for you. X

my first one failed 😭 had my 24 break , had another one put, in the pains are back already so hoping for the best , staying active 😭😭 best of luck to you 🩷

Oh no I had the 2nd one at 4 had some tigntnings then they eased off then about 2 yesterday morning they ramped up within half hour from contractions starting my little man was born was very hectic and quick so no time for pain relief and little man got stressed so ended up with intervention so not nice but he arrived safely other then a soar head bless him. Hope your 2nd one worked and you’re both ok. Xx
