Endometrial thickness

Hey! I had issues with this for several months.. I tried everything and sometimes it’s down to hormones etc but have faith! It’s at a good point if it’s already 6mm day 8 and you’ve got some time before day 10 for it to increase. Whether it was coincidence or not, I got Accupunctre to help the blood flow in the uterus and the following month my lining had finally got to where it needed to be - so that’s an option if you wanted to try that? Mine grew from 6.5 to 7.2 in 48 hours.
(Unfortunately mine wasn’t consistently above 7 throughout the entire lining so cycle was cancelled. Trying a completely medicated cycle this time in the hopes it helps the lining. )

It can grow 1mm a day. Acupuncture and beetroot juice got me a lining of 11.2. Good luck and baby dust xx

Make bone broth at home and drink it 2 or 3 times a day.
