How are you guys getting your 9 month old to bed? What is the routine because mine is up every 3 hours 🤦🏽♀️

She sleeps pretty good. I make sure she's fed and clean diaper and make sure everything is turned off so it's dark. It takes her a few minutes and she moves around a bit but she's usually out in 10 minutes. We also bed share.

My baby sleeps through the night.
I make sure to feed lots of solids for dinner around 6pm. Then a quick bath at 7:15pm. After that, it’s a nice warm bottle of formula and then straight to bed. Some days, he’s out immediately and others, he’ll fall asleep after a few minutes. He sleeps in his crib. I turn on white noise and leave on little night lights 💡and walk away. He’s out by 8pm every night.
The key is also to make sure they don’t nap past 4pm. That way they’ll be tired enough to go to sleep.💤 hope this helps, mama!

I think it’s a phase if your little is anything like mine. She was an amazing sleeper until around 8 months and we’ve been in the trenches recently. Up constantly through the night, doesn’t resettle super easily or on her own how she used to. We’ve been co sleeping for a month now to help her sleep better and she’ll still have a few stretched out night wakings. Her routine didn’t change at all - bedtime is still around 7/7:30 with dinner, bath and bottle one after the other starting 30-45 minutes before bedtime.

may I ask what time your son will wake up?

yes, little man wakes up between 6:30-7am.
Idk. Maybe we are just lucky, but I think as along as you cover all your grounds and try what you can, then that’s all that matters. Every baby is different 🥹

Our baby has been sleeping through 10-12 hours since 3.5 months (in her bassinet then her crib) so we could be lucky with a good sleeper but here's our routine:
I think daytime is just as important as bedtime routines in getting baby to sleep though. We currently do 24-32 oz of formula/day over 5 warm bottles with the last being 8. We also do 2 solid feeds with one 90 minutes before her last bottle. She has 2 naps during the day but we're flexible to her cues and don't have any set times or lengths.
For bedtime, she has a bath if it's a bath night (otherwise just a face and handwash/change) and put her in her sleep sack before we read a book then her last bottle. The room is dim for the bottle then we turn the main light off so it's dark except for her northern lights projector that she likes looking at (we set it on a timer) and we have her hatch light on red. We keep the hatch on rain but we use a SNOO bear for white noise when she's falling asleep and it listens/turns back on if she cries within 3 hrs

that’s awesome! My daughter goes to bed later but also wakes up later, (it works best with our schedule) I just was curious if your LO wakes up early if he goes down early because I felt like my daughter should have an earlier bedtime but I also don’t want her up super early so😆 yeah like you said every baby is different! We are lucky though!

aw yes, I totally get you! 😊 my body clock is set to 7am because that’s the time I get up for work some days. So early bedtime and early wake up works for us.
But I do miss sleeping in!!!🥹🥹🥹lol

what does the solid food plan typically consist of??

I usually do a hefty bowl of vegetable purées (sweet potato, carrots, or whatever I have on hand) along side with cut-up fruit, like bananas or strawberries, and he eats those himself. And of course, with a sippy cup of water.
