My baby is 5 months and can’t sit unaided, he’s not much of a roller and still can’t play independently. Have I done something wrong?

No! I don’t think most can sit up fully unaided by now mine can’t and will only roll when he wants🤣every baby is different can’t go off anyone else x

No definitely not!
At 6 months babies can sit with support
And 9 months sit without support so your baby is very young!
Each baby will start playing independently when they are ready, at 6 months most babies will only play independently for 5 minutes.
And if your baby has rolled that’s great! Most babies roll before 7 months. So your baby has a few months yet.
Every baby is very different and develop at their own pace.
Please don’t worry 🥰

Sounds completely normal! I'm not sure where you're getting your info on expected milestones from but take it easy!

My baby is five months and can only sit with support and has rolled from front to back three times and never the other way ! Sounds normal to me x

My little girl won’t roll yet but she does sit with very minimal support, she has wanted to be sat up from around 3 months though so I guess she’s just built up the strength over time, but it doesn’t sound like your little boy is behind at all xx
