I am very confused. I ovulated around January 23rd and AF was due on February 6th. I’m 22 DPO with no AF to be found and all my tests have been negative. Has anyone experienced this?

I havent experienced this but i have some thoughts. How did you confirm ovulation? Lh peak? BBT? My best guess is you didn't ovulate when you think you did. Alternatively, are you on any meds to help you ovulate? Letrozole? Clomid? I know letrozole can extend your luteal phase. For me it only bumps my period out 3 days but I think it's possible for it to delay even longer.

I took an ovulation test, I track CM and basal body temp

not only that, but AF was due around the 6th and for the most part mine only has varied by about 3 days on either side every month

OK, then I'm out of ideas! Sorry! Maybe make an appointment to see a doctor?

no worries! Thank you! I’ll be making an appointment with medical on base when my husband gets returns.

This has happened to me on occasion and for me at least I think it’s mental, I get so stressed about whether I’m pregnant or not that it actually delays my period and high stresses me out more. It might sound silly but it usually takes me making peace with it not being the cycle and relaxing then AF finally comes. Crazy how our bodies can work. This totally might not be your case. I read about how people can just totally skip a period and it’s not a concern until it happens habitually.

Could you get blood work? A couple cycles back my period was late by about 12 days. I’m also super regular, like within a day. My doctor ordered a blood test when I was late just to make sure
