Sorry you're suffering. I had this and ended up going to my GP, they prescribed some medication and I've been so much better since. I know not everyone wants to take medication, but for me it was a life saver. Also just eating small meals or snacks every couple of hours rather than proper meals. Hope it eases soon for you xx

For me without medication (because I was lazy about going to doctor) I felt brand new around 14 weeks 😅 it gets better! You got this 🙂

I started feeling better between week 12-14, but it felt like forever, I was really suffering and couldn’t keep anything down, it was so bad my doctors prescribed me medication for it but I never took it because I was worried about the affects but it does get better mama, if you can’t keep down liquids I’d suggest small sips of water at a time or finding something that may work for you, I was dehydrated for many weeks early pregnancy because I couldn’t keep anything but strawberry Kool aid down

Worst symptom ever. Had this and felt like it will never end, but it did get better around 16 weeks for me. I’m also taking B6 and Unisom (both over the counter and safe for pregnancy). I’m not 100% even now at 18 weeks, but much more manageable. Few things that helped were small sips of water, frozen popsicles, fruit. I was also doing well with cheeses and carbs. Don’t let yourself go hungry as that makes the nausea worse. Take small bites of maybe cold grapes, slices of apple etc.

It didn’t get better for me, I couldn’t eat anything and I lost 6kg in a month before I found out I could be prescribed meds. We tried a few meds before one worked. I took it my entire pregnancy

I'm at week 8 and going through the same thing...it's so horrible and I'm just stuck in bed most of the time. I got some anti-nausea meds from my GP and they do help but are not a complete fix. I'd say just rest when you can and most people find it reduces in the second trimester. It's awful right now but you got this!!

I’m in the same boat right now 6w & nausea came at me FULL TILT this week. Can’t do much but lie on my side, slowly eat snacks & sleep. Hoping it gets better soon too!

It depends, with my first I was nauseous every day until lunch time for the first trimester and with my second I was a little nauseous for a few months. As others have said if it’s extreme or you are vomiting a lot, there are meds that can help. I ate sour gummy worms/sour candy and with my last pregnancy I used Preggie Pops which are a healthier alternative to the candy.
