Hello all, sorry if this is tmi but i just need a little advice. my son is now 18m, i had a c-section. i pee myself literally every single day. and its not just drips here and there like it used to be it’s actually gotten worse to the point where pee will just stream out of me and i cannot control it no matter how hard i squeeze. i have been doing pelvic floor exercises since he was 11 months but still this is getting very frustrating. i have to wear pads at work and constantly check or else i will pee all over myself. anyone else ever experience this? or know how to fix it? i hate going to the dr so im trying to avoid that unless i absolutely have to.

Please see a women’s health physio, I had similar issues with a bladder prolapse, they check internally and give you exercises and show you exactly what to do. I don’t think it’s enough to just do pelvic floor exercises without seeing a specialist because for example my issue was I was never fully relaxing my pelvic floor, so it was always under some tension and could never get stronger. No way I could’ve ever known this myself. Good luck

thank you for sharing! i will look for one in my area. and by checking internally do you mean like a procedure?

I mean gloves and fingers, and they can feel all walls of the vagina and tell you so much!
