Pregnant care. Pregnancy Max! The best ones! You have everything inside what your body needs

I take Blackmoores pregnancy and breastfeeding gold - I take it at night because they are pretty big tablets but I’ve used them for all of pregnancies and find them good!

I take bioceuticals inNatal (iron free). All bioavailable ingredients which means easier for your body to absorb. I also took everNatal which is vegan friendly but was too nauseated by the smell. But the smell was because they had good quality vit b in it. Apparently, the smellier the better haha

I’m on Elevit, what negative things have you heard??

Tresos Natal. I also took metacholine and pregnancy appropriate fish oils.
Brilliant combination, highly recommend.

Yes I was thinking the same before, but changed my mind. There are tons of new brands and natural options for prenatal vitamins BUT if you look at the years of manufacturing and years of trials made on Elevit/Blackmores would be the oldest and the longest so whom would you trust? Something that's been out for a year or decades?
it apparently doesn't have few very essential nutrients.
She explains it well https://www.instagram.com/reel/C18vxjGyWlF/?igsh=MXBuNW5ibDNlcjl1ZA==
that's true, but it's probably because it's very well accessible and maybe because they are big brands.

I second Tresos Natal. Has the easier to absorb compound of folic acid (folate).

I took Blackmores Pregnancy & Breastfeeding gold. Didnt feel nauseous and upset tummy. The downside is you have to take 2 big capsules.

Apart from the Bioceuticals one, the Optimal prenatal I recommended has the highest form of bioavailable ingredients available without unnecessary added ingredients like the Elevit, Blackmores and Tresos Natal brands and several other ones (I've done lots of research)

I've been on InNatal during my first pregnancy, continued taking it postpartum to support breastfeeding, fell pregnant 10 months PP, continued taking it through my second pregnancy, and am currently taking it 10 weeks PP...
I take that with an additional plant based omega 3.
I really like this option thanks alot
