How to wean baby off breast in day

Not exactly weaning advice, but it mighy be helpful! I've gone back to work and my LO is in childcare, he fed to sleep for naps too so I've started pumping at work even just 2-4oz in a bottle so that LO gets used to slowly off breast for naps and bottles instead. He now needs less and less or sometimes nothing at all to go to sleep when he's tired ✨

I have stopped feeding between 9 and 4 in the day so mine is used to not being fed when he’s with the childminder.

Lots of distraction in the day with toys or activities and water too, try to avoid offering snacks everytime as they might not need to eat, but sometimes I do offer a snack as a replacement.
I give a bottle of cows milk before afternoon nap unless he’s fallen asleep by himself in the car or something.

It was much easier than I thought just saying no milk, we’ll have milk later on etc
But he can be all over me in the evenings and mornings lol. This also does settle a bit too though in time! Xx
