Hospital bag ready milk

So I have a pack of 6 sma ready milks, is that enough for the hospital stay? I plan on breastfeeding but my last baby didn’t latch so I just want to be prepared. I’m having a caesarean so should be in for around 24 hours so just wondering if 6 is enough

Hun i would ask them for milk if baby needs it, they offered me milk bec my milk hadnt come through and my daughter needed feeding.
6 sounds enough but ask for a top up from them if needed x

I took 6, it was just enough but I was only in hospital 24hrs (I spent the first few hours attempting to breastfeed and I managed to get some colostrum but struggled thereafter) In hindsight I would've taken more just incase I was in longer. Depending on the hospital they may provide milk, but mine didn't, my husband would have had to go and buy some and bring it in for baby xx

I’m gonna try and breastfeed but don’t think I’ll have much coming out for a good day or 2, my hospital have already had a moan at the pre op about how they don’t provide milk lol, I can also ask my partner to pop the shop, how long can you use the bottles before throwing them?

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Bath Time

Help! My baby is 3 and a half weeks old. Every bath she goes in quite happy but will only stay like this for a very few mins, if I try to clean her or move her we have tears and after a few mins the same. It's like she is scared. Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate it😢💗

Crying during feeding

Hey mams! My girl is 6 weeks on Monday and is having so much trouble with feeding. It doesn’t happen every feed but more often than not she will start a bottle and just start crying as if she’s in pain and she can’t take the milk. I think it’s trapped wind but I genuinely don’t know what to do it’s so pitiful to see her not be able to feed! She’s formula fed and on HiPP Organic.
Anyone else been in this position? I’m pretty sure it’s just a bit of trapped wind that she needs to fart out but can’t! If anyone has any advice I’d be very grateful as I think I may need to tape my eyelids open soon 😂

No more naps! 10 month old

For a few days now my 10m old has fought her 2 daily naps. Normally her wake windows were 3-4 hours and she is now eventually napping after a 6 hour wake window. Today was only one nap, she skipped the second one. Used to nap like clockwork so I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? Also very unsettled most nights and doesn’t sleep well at all
