Any mums giving their babies a sugary treat now that they’re 1 years old?

My baby has had birthday cake and an ice cream on holiday

I give brioche or croissant as one snack as doing the milk ladder for milk allergy otherwise not really choosing sweet treats outside of that unless I'm having something then I'll share

If I’m having something sweet and he sees then I let him have tiny bits of it. He’s also tried a tiny bit of his birthday cake x

I’m trying to do the no sugar until 2 thing, but to be honest I’m getting a little more relaxed with it. It’s very rare but she’s had like a pitot filou yoghurt and a tiny piece of a cupcake etc.

Yeah, my daughter has a couple of chocolate buttons after dinner sometimes

Im of the opinion, everything in moderation

Nah they don’t need it / miss it / know it exists! My son is 3.5 to and I’m sure there will come a time she will want what her brother has if he is having something sweet but I’m holding off for a while… especially while brushing her teeth properly is so difficult 😅

Yes! Only sometimes though
