Anyone else’s work pushing for an answer to if you’re going back or not??

I still have 3 months of maternity left and only have to give a weeks notice but I’m getting an email every week asking if I’m going back or not. It’s rather annoying because my jobs already been taken so not like they need to replace me? Think they’re being crafty with my holidays because the longer I wait to tell them I’m not going back the more holiday pay they’ll have to pay when I do hand my notice in.but I plan on taking every penny I can get and will be telling them a week before my maternity ends that I’m not returning, didn’t work for them for 8 years to be treated the way I was when I told them I was pregnant.
