The sad day came when I had to leave this Facebook group.
A post appeared today from one of the admins that she is fed up with people arguing about the wedge in Joie seats. I get it but she said they no longer give support for Joie seats.
Now I have one and another admin was really helpful in the past.
But this post made me leave instantly. If you are too busy and fed up then don’t run a group?
Anyway the posts in the group and the posts from this admin became really offensive lately .
It’s such a shame, I was so happy to find this group originally.

Ah, I'm not part of that group, but I only ever hear negatives about it, which put me off. I joined the group car seat advice UK, and the admins are pretty good at making sure it's a positive place.

Honestly I posted for advice on my Joie seat a few weeks ago and I mainly had rude responses when I was very polite, it was quite upsetting. Since then I've noticed that the admins have been quite rude to loads of people, even ones who have bought seats off them.
I learnt a lot from being part of the group but it was such a negative space and it felt more like shaming people than helping them.
