Do you feed your baby Tuna?

Yes I do. Tuna pasta bake, tuna sandwiches, fish pie. NHS website gives recipes for tuna for babies 7+ months. He has a small amount maybe once a week

I haven’t given my son tuna (just not gotten round to it) but I did with my daughter, I think it’s fine really. I try to remember that solid starts is American and they have a lot more rubbish added into their meat and fish etc!

I gave my daughter tuna from when we started weaning. Lots of baby led weaning recipes I did had tuna in them. As someone else said, solid starts is American so guidance can vary.

Solid starts is US based, their food is way worse quality than ours. UK recommendations are no honey under 1, no whole nuts and popcorn 🙃

Yep we have done it a few times I’ve heard not to give too often cos if the mercury

It's fine to give, but limit to one portion a week because of the Mercury :)
