What is your favourite thing about breastfeeding? It is so hard sometimes and I want us to focus on the good things! I’ll go first:
I love how my baby hugs my breast with both her arms while feeding. If I try and take her off she hugs the breast even more. It’s so damn cute.

I love how healthy my baby has been his entire life (15 months old). It's very hard but worthy.

I love how it doesn't just offer food, but lots and lots of comfort 🥰

I love this. I was never going to BF my whole pregnancy I said I wasn’t (everyone was telling me it would be to hard) but instantly fell in love with it when bubs was born. We have had hard times but it’s getting so much easier with time.
My favs are:
They eye contact and how it feels like my magic super power that can instantly soothe my little man when he is upset or now when his gums hurt with teething. He gets so much comfort from it ♥️

I love the way he looks at me when he's feeding and the smiles and hugs he gives me 🥰

When he looks into my eyes and smiles, it makes all the hard moments worth it and is such a lovely bonding moment 🥰

The way his face lights up when I put him in position 😍

The comfort you can give them that a bottle can’t, the health benefits and reduced risks, the eye contact and smiles!

At 3am, when I'm more tired than I though possible and he snuggles in a gives a little satisfied sigh. I don't know why, but it fills me with so much joy!

The feeling of feeling so close to her & our special bonding time 🥰

I love that it makes me slow down. I love seeing my baby gain weight from my hard work. I love when she unlatches and gives me a big, milky, satisfied grin xx

I love when she comes off the boob to look up at me with a big grin & starts cooing, as if she’s saying “thanks mum, I’m having a great time!” & then starts feeding again😂❤️

When she’s about to latch and her mouth is wide open, looking for it. Then the satisfied little noises she makes as she’s feeding 🥹
P.s this post made me smile, reading through all the comments. Our little ones really need us and it’s so lovely to have this bond with them ♥️

Having to slow right down in order to feed Baby. And then sniffing Baby's hair. And being able to notice all the things that I wouldn't see or think about otherwise.

😂 yes!
When my little one has had enough he pulls off, whipping his head back and lets out a little satisfied ‘ahhhhhhh’ and nods off to sleep ❤️
My little one has started humming and cooing while nursing. Like he’s really enjoying his milk ☺️ it’s the cutest!

I love the smiles he gives me from the breast. And lately he started holding on like it’s a great big hamburger he’s trying to shove in his mouth. Sometimes it just feels so satisfying and comforting to spend that time with him.

Her little smile when she finishes a feed looking up at me and making little 'aaah' noises 💓

I love the way he touched ,latches ,smiled, and made eye contact. I could not forget in my lifetime. I feel blessed thanks to god

when she's milk drunk and unlatches by herself with milk dribbling down her cheeks. she pushes up her lips and lays back and stretches as if to say "compliments to the chef". I feel so joyful everytime 💖
