Getting the GP to prescribe meds after private treatment

Looking for any experience on this, we have self funded our treatment which was successful and now I'm pregnant. I need to take progesterone and oestrogen up to the 12th week of pregnancy.

Has anyone had any luck getting the GP to prescribe this after private treatment?

It's going to cost £460 from the clinic 😭

Question about ejaculation

I tell my partner to wear a condom not only for protection but also so that there's no mess to clean up when I get up to use the toilet. Is this normal?
I ask because I now have the contraceptive pill but I still want him to wear a condom.
