My period is being annoying

I started my period the 24th and today is day 4. My period is normal for just having a baby 10 months ago. But it’s normal, I take my birth control and then after I’m done with my pack my period starts. I’ve had my periods since my daughter was 4 months I believe. It’s never acted weird before and I never had it be weird before either it’s always been normal and on time. Always last the same amount. But yesterday it was slowing down and that usually means by the next day it’ll be basically gone. I put a tampon in to get the remaining stuff and I’m not bleeding a lot I’m just bleeding normal again and had clot. But it’s usually gone by now and I’m getting super worried. My birth control has never made my period be weird. But my normal period last 3 days but my period was little heavy this time around. I don’t know what to do.
