Hey mums, has anyone travelled with ready to feed aptamil abroad? I mean can you travel with ready to feed bottles in your luggage, would like the change in pressure and temperature make the milk go bad? My baby is on the ready to feed aptamils and I am going away in may.

Most airlines have policies on liquids limits and formula specifically so I'd check that on there website or on your holiday paperwork. If possible I'd get powder after going through customs in the airport because it would be allowed on the plane specifically. After getting to where your going I'm not sure.... airports and customs are different depending where you go... they can be a bit suss, definitely about white liquids and especially powders lol 😆 might just have to get some in the airport going and arriving..... 😬

We travelled with aptamil powder before. They never said anything, even though the can was open. In terms of liquids, there is no limit on liquids if you travel from Heathrow Airport, I don't know about other airports xx

I have travelled with kendamil ready to feed. I put them in hand luggage rather than hold. They don't apply to the 100ml limit

It depends where your travelling, for example you can only take so many mls of milk into France, even if for medical/baby, which wouldn’t be enough for more than a few feeds.x
