How do I stop restless legs only starts when I fall asleep, haven’t slept till about 3-4 in the morning every night now and it’s exhausting having to get up for school run in morning I dread to go to bed.

Once the restless leg starts, get up and run real hot water over your legs and then go straight to sleep. It's been the only thing helping me

Magnesium has really helped me, I’ll have a bath with magnesium salts and take some supplements before bed

Magnesium spray (or lotion) - topical is absorbed faster than supplements 😊
