Hi everyone,
Has anyone had late hitting nausea? I have honestly had the dream pregnancy up until now aside from a little acne, to the point I keep forgetting I’m pregnant because I’ve felt amazing.
I’m nearly 13 weeks and this past week I haven’t been able to eat a single meal without gipping after a couple of mouthfuls and having to leave the table or completely bringing everything back up. Only feeling nauseous around food or packing dishwasher with food on plates…
and opening up the fridge 😅. But have just had to lie down in the utility room whilst folding washing because the nausea that came over me was so bad.
If anyone has experienced this do you have any tips and tricks?

I take b6 which is recommended by doctors where I am and I think it helps. I take sometimes full dosage, 100 mg if the day is starting off to not a great start. When I feel like this, I also tend to lie down and it helps me tremendously, sometimes I even eat on the couch/bed (not being in the kitchen/dining room where all the smells are) and def have reassigned kitchen duties to my husband as smells are terrible right now. Ice cube helps a lot too!
Week 8-10 is the peak in hormones on average so you’ve probably just reached your peak and it should ease off quickly! Do talk to dr if throwing up a lot and dehydrated and other symptoms, they give prescriptions that help majority of people

Nausea hard came for me at 12 weeks as well. I’m 14 weeks now and it’s getting better.
