Grow bags?

I wondered the same, I wasn’t sure if it was to do with babies weight or age. Our ones are 0-6 months and they just look so huge for our 2 week old 🤣 he’ll get lost in them! Xx

I used them from birth. As long as they fit snug around the neck and they can’t slip over the chin they are safe to use. X

What said. As long as it’s a good fit and isn’t going to rise up over their face.

You can use them from birth but depending on brand and design of them make sure they have extra buttons to make it more tighter to fit baby.. as some don’t and they are standard size and can go over babies heads as they are too loose, just double check x

If you look on the label on the inside it should have a minimum weight…I hadn’t spotted it on ours until the health visitor told me where to look!

We've used them and baby is just over a week old
But she seems to love it , keeps her warm and she will settle in her mosses basket when she's got it on for a few hours which is amazing x

Most say 0-6 months but have a weight limit. The one I got from Sainsbury’s looked massive when she got here. I could see she could easily slip down inside it. I looked on tag and it said from 4kg which is 8lbs 12oz. My little one didn’t weigh that and still hasn’t reached that weight yet (not far off now though!). She is long and thin though, so might still not be appropriate until she’s even bigger.

The Gro Bag original ones are genuinely from newborn though. My friend gave me her old one and it’s from 2.5kg. It was a good snug fit from the first day we tried it and was so good we bought a second one.
