Im an over eater

Im 43 and I had a heart attack almost 3 months ago I'm a diabetic as well. I have trouble with my carbs. I love to eat, it's probably emotionally connected. I would like to adapt to the Mediterranean lifestyle. Right I'm currently trying to stick to 4 servings of fruit a day😔

Hi! I’m so sorry to hear about your heart attack 💛 I’ve heard great things about the Mediterranean diet! It’s the healthiest out there! I personally haven’t tried it but hope to! I have tried intermittent fasting. There’s a podcast called “intermittent fasting podcast hosted by Gin Stephens” it’s honestly life changing. On the podcast gin hosts many people who have struggled with all kinds of things even volume eating and overeating. The stories are truly inspirational and it’s changed my life personally! I hope you can find inspiration from it too!

Thank you so much 👍🏽

I highly recommend the glucose revolution as a book or the green goddess insta account if you prefer. Lots of phenomenal tips on how to enjoy carbs and food while managing glucose spikes and heart health!

Thank you I have a hard time managing glucose spikes 😢

The glucose roller coaster is rough, you have got this though!! Happy to talk glucose tips if you want to!

Have you thought about fasting? Also working out, even going on walks or getting 10,000 steps in. I love to eat too, but I make sure I work out so I can eat whatever I want.
