I’m just about 2 weeks weaned completely from breastfeeding and I think I may have a clogged duct. My left breast has a lump right under my nipple that’s painful to touch and does feel fuller than my right. This would be the first issue I’ve had since weaning, because I never got engorged or had any discomfort especially since doing it during my period and a supply drop. Is there anything I should do or shouldn’t do?

I'm dealing with double mastitis from clogged ducts. I'm sure its a little different for you since you are weaning, but I was told to take sunflower lecithin and massage the breasts/ lumps with coconut oil to encourage drainage. You will likely leak, but it shouldn't change your supply any

also, if your breast gets red or pink and/or starts to feel warm see your doctor. The inflammation is miserable and can lead to infections or sepsis apparently
