Gyms with child minding

Fitstops are usually good for having childcare facilities, and the one I go to is included in membership price. There's a fenced space on the gym floor or a staffed room you can use. Worth enquiring at your closest one if you're interested in functional fitness classes.

I go to Fitness Cartel Nundah and the crèche is so good, everyone there is so lovely. Just call up for prices, I got the foundation rate at $17.95 for gym and $6.95 for crèche per week. They are open 8am-12pm and 4-7pm weekdays and I think 7 or 8am to 11am on Saturday.

I just signed up for $28 for 28 days pass at Active life fitness in Everton Hills. I haven’t yet had a chance to get there but they do have child minding

I go to total fusion platinum in Newstead and the crèche is phenomenal. Staff are so lovely and the times are great. Kids both love it and they’re 2 and almost 5!

Active Life is such a nice gym. I moved away recently but used to go there.

Active life has amazing classes and the creche ladies are the best. It works out to less than $2 and hour and generally is open for the first half of the day

I know it's not in your area but may help with comparing, I go to Jindalee 24/7. Creche is $10/week on top of membership and is open every day 745-1130 and about 2-530pm except for Sunday's. All the ladies are excellent and I've been taking my son since he was 2 months old (he's now 19 months). They'll always come and get me if he's upset and were able to get him to nap even when I couldn't

Is this Active Life in Everton Hills? If so do you know if they are open Sundays?

Hello! Yes, the Everton hills one. The gym is open Sunday and there are classes - but no creche Sunday.

They have a lot of later evening classes (7/7:15pm too) so sometimes I find I can sneak out while the baby has dinner and come back to put him to bed.

…My membership is $15.50 a week as I price matched another gym. Creche is $22.50 for 15 hours of care (expires after 150 days)
