My LO has never been a good sleeper she’s always up every hour, but wouldn’t cry that much and I would be able to put her back to sleep quickly, until the next hour. So at least I would get one hour breaks in-between. But now she’s up every 15-20 mins since she turned 3 months and is crying non-stop as well. Nothing in her routine has changed. Honestly I’m at my wits end, I feel like I’m never going to be able to sleep again at this point. I’ve literally made zero progress with her sleep. And I have to return to work in 7 months. At this rate I’ll never be able to set a routine and manage work. I’m so stressed and worried now about balancing work and a baby.
It’s not teething because during the day she’s a calm and jolly child, literally a totally different baby, but at night she’s up constantly and scream-crying at the top of her lungs. My MIL can hear her screaming in the basement from my bedroom so that’s 2 floors down…..
What is everyone doing to get their LOs to sleep longer stretches? I feel like I’m doing everything by the book and nothing seems to work. We do a book, then massage, bath, swaddle, bottle (in a dark room with a white noise), and then I have to rock her to sleep, I got the 4Moms rocking bassinet but she hates it and hasn’t slept in it a single day. I’ve tried both later and earlier bedtimes too. What am I missing here? Honestly I would be ecstatic with even 2 hour stretches, I’ll take anythinnggg at this point I’m so desperate.

There is a 12 week growth spurt so could she be taking on extra milk to fuel that? My LO is 13 weeks and up every 1.5 hours but was more frequent a week or so ago with the growth spurt. We've never managed to improve his sleep stretches so I feel your frustration x
