I'm not sure if you have it over there or not but I was prescribed omeprazole, I take 1 a day and I haven't had any acid since I started taking it!

Wonder belly has been really helpful!

I use the Mary Ruth’s Apple Cider ginger gummies they help a lot! Kind of gross but they work!

Tums and pepcid has helped me this far, a prescription of omeprazole is stronger but given after a certain amount of weeks.

Tums. Chew lots of gum. I once drank some baking soda and water. It help but not sure it is safe in pregnancy?

Glass of cold milk!! 🥛 life saver

I was throwing up from acid reflux too. I was prescribed Famotidine (generic for Pepcid). Started off twice per day, but weaned myself down to once per day, and it still helps.

Celery and cucumbers. Haha. Idk why but they work for me and my hubby who has horrible acid reflux.

I know they say not to drink milk... but milk helped me soooo much. Just a sip or 2 did the trick. My reflux was bad .

I couldn't get prescribed omeprazole (in the UK) but I could buy it over the counter. It says one a day but I took one and havnt had symptoms for 4 days now. I had tried Rennie's and prescription gaviscon which didn't help

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!
