Has anyone got any tips 😭
So this has been going on for a few weeks now (my baby only turned 4 months on Friday). Was sleeping through from 9pm with only 1 feed at 4.30am. But now she goes down earlier(7.30) because she is exhausted and then has a feed at 1.30am and around 4am. She then is ready to get up at 7am
Last night I gave her a dream feed of 5oz at 11pm and it only pushed back the first feed till 2am 🙈
I don’t really want to get in the habit of dream feeds but I thought it might push the 1.30am feed back as that’s the one I struggle most with.
Has anyone got any advice on how to stretch her out at night? 😭

Following as my little one would fall asleep between 730&9 and then dream feed at 10 and go through to 730 when I woke him up. Now we are awake until 11pm and awake again at 3 for a few hours and back to sleep for only around 2 more hours

Honestly this doesn’t sound too bad…we are in the 4 month regression and awake every 2 hours, so a 7.30-1.30am stint sounds like a dream 😅
I had the same with my first and I just filled her as much as I could during the day, packed in all her calories and had a consistent bedtime routine and eventually it passed x
I know people have described a lot worse but it’s still a struggle.
I think it’s more the time of the wakes than the amount because it’s when I’ve just about gone into a deep sleep.
7.30-1.30 is obviously not the length of time I sleep as I don’t go to bed at 7.30 (I wish 😂)
Thanks for tips!
