Cramps
Anyone miscarried without any cramps?
My first MC I had contraction pains for 6 hours straight but this time I wasn’t as far along only 5 weeks and when I went for a scan lady said my body was breaking down the sac itself.
Is it possible to bleed and not have any cramps! Or contraction pains. Has anyone had this before? Been bleeding on and off for a week now

I had the same experience with my first MC. And followed by 2 MC after without any pain, just bleeding.
Unfortunately yes, very minimal cramping up high actually not low back as they say. Minimal bleeding minimal small clots within 4 days baby was seen with sac and heartbeat and then gone without considerable event.
similar experience here, a week of very light bleeding, occasional small clots but no cramping. At 6 weeks there was a small sack no heartbeat, at 7 weeks nothing.
