It’s more than likely a sensitive cervix or pelvic floor issues

any recommendations? How can I work on that ? Bc literally walking even if it’s not alot makes my ovaries hurt so much that sometimes I end up crying bc of the pain like a feeling that my uterus might fall out or something

So pounds like your pelvic floor. Look up pelvic floor exchange after doing them for 3 days I already notice a difference. They also help with back pain!!!

I would also consider seeing a pelvic floor physio has really helped me.

Like Isabella said, pelvic floor exercises! Also I’d see if your ob would prescribe pelvic floor therapy so you can see an actual therapist
