I try to settle them, feed, change, reswaddle, but nothing seems to work ;( and I don't think they get too much sleep.
And with early wake ups, do you usually put the baby down for a nap at the usual time or when they're tired (in which case the routine that we have kind of goes out of the window)

My baby always wakes up around 4 and then often again at 5/6. If it’s before 6 I can usually get her back down but it can be a bit of a fight, usually 30/40 mins of rocking and shushing. Never sure if it’s quite worth the bother tbh 😅
But I always try to be reactive to her needs, so I’ll get her napping when she’s tired - whenever that ends up being.
I find she usually naps more across the day if she’s woken up early, obviously making up for the lost hour or so in the am 🥴

We try our hardest to stick to the routine so have a long first wake window - he woke yesterday at 5:45 with no chance of going back so kept him up until 8:30. I find it stressful as it’s a balance between not wanting him to be over tired but not railroading the whole day

What are babies naps and 24 hour routine like?

I red on a sleep training group on fb do first nap from your desired wake time, so if I have an early wake I do the first nap from when I’d like the wake to be. Just keep them interested and it’s usually absolutely fine, then it’s meant to stop early wakes happening regularly x

My son wakes up at 4, and then 6 usually and it’s for a feed. Sorry you’re having a hard time incog
she has 4 short naps during the day ranging 30-50. Then bed anytime between 6.30-7.30

IMO I would say not enough day sleep, around this age it’s 17-19 hours in 24 hours x x
