Hi y’all, we found out I was pregnant on February 26th. As of right now we are calculating I’m 7w4d. The OB I called won’t see me until 12w. So yesterday I went to a pregnancy center, I was asked a lot of questions and took another urine test (that was my 5th one and all said positive). I know go on Thursday for my first ultrasound to check on baby. I’m excited and nervous as this is my first. The nurse I talked to yesterday did say it’s a good sign I’ve had no spotting and I’m having symptoms of early pregnancy. I just can’t wait to have the ultrasound and see how everything is going because 12w is hard to wait for.

Yeah that's strange. My ob office had me do an ultrasound at 8 weeks to check the fetal development and see if there was a heartbeat

I’ve been told mixed things. My SIL said it’s normal to wait but others have said 8w. The pregnancy center I went to is ran by volunteers. I talked to a nurse and she approved the ultrasound can be done anytime now. After I told her about my mom’s 2 losses and why I didn’t want to wait the 12w for my first checkup she understood. I just want to make sure everything is going how it should.

I have my first appt tomorrow! I’m currently 8 weeks 4 days, found out on feb 24th! Still got a long wait to go but I’m super excited! This is my first pregnancy too :)

Small head reported following 20 week scan

Has anyone else had it flagged that their baby is in the bottom 5th percentile for head size?

They said everything was fine whilst we were in the scan and then I got a phone call the next day saying that it’s on the small side and we’re being referred to a paediatric specialist at St George’s. Has anyone else had this and how did things go??

Would you bring 9 week old to a family party of 35+ people?

These are also people who will want to pass the baby around and get a turn to hold him. He just got his 2 month shots two days ago

Exercise 6 weeks after c section

What movement did people start to introduce? I won’t do anything too vigorous until I’ve seen the pelvic physio as I don’t want to compromise anything that may have been extremely weakened through pregnancy! But just wondering what types of classes/movement people started off with?

Is this normal??

I’m 29 weeks pregnant and having really aching legs and they’re all lumpy and swollen. Above the knee and behind the knee . Should I be worried ? My legs have never looked like this up until a few days ago. ??
