I stopped breastfeeding about a month ago for a couple reasons but I really regret it and would love to go back to it again. I can still get a couple drops if I hand express. Has anyone had any experience restarting breastfeeding again or if you have any advice. I’m not even sure if it’s possible I wouldn’t even know where to start :/

As long as there's drops it's 100% possible. Keep latching baby, pump every 3 hours and just keep going, make sure you pump during the night too, plenty of skin to skin and latching baby as much as possible. Good luck, it can take a couple weeks to get your supply back x

On Amazon, you can get lactation tea which helps you produce milk

You can take fenu greek as well, is good for milk production. It is a natural supplement from Holland and barret

@Gaja please be careful with fenugreek
It has the opposite results on alot of women and lowers supply.
Better alternatives are brewers yeast, goats rue x

Uuhh, thanks.. 😅

Ensure you drink plenty of water.
Lots of skin to skin and latching like Emily said.
Feed or pump between 2-4am as that is when the hormone for milk production is highest.

I sadly didn’t :( I am due baby number 2 next month though so I’m hoping to have a longer breastfeeding journey this time round 🤞🏻 I hope things work out well for your journey! Xx
