I’ve been experiencing really bad pregnancy blues , I’m unconsciously distancing myself from my boyfriend, I really don’t wanna meet his family ( his mom hated me before and now she all of a sudden loves me ). I’m not sure if I wanna deal with it for the rest of my life. I feel very alone no one I know personally is pregnant and the depressive thoughts I have I feel like I can’t share. Everyone around me is so excited (My family is the best support system I can ask for )but is it normal not to feel the same way yet ? I keep thinking about how my life will change and all the sacrifices I’m gonna have to make…idk it just doesn’t feel real yet will it get better ?

I’d say do what’s best for you love ❤️ and I don’t wanna pry but are you sure you’d be able to handle that ?

It’s not uncommon for some women to feel disconnected from baby while pregnant especially when the environment is a bit toxic. Give yourself grace and time to sort through your feelings. You’ll know exactly what’s best for you both when the time comes!

My 1st baby when born i had this feeling sometimes i do now at 4yrs my 2nd is a preemie/nicu so the time away made me want that but having a 4yr takes away from that bond so my 1st and i close i never put her down my 2nd and i try to put down all the time because im constantly dealing with the other .
I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 years after babe cause i mentally lost it . I feel my 2nd i feel bonded too my 1st i felt the need to say get away from me since birth and baby sitter feeling. I love her to pieces shes helped me grow but sometimes i wish she wasn't when i was growing.
Its a whole new change and life style change its ok to be scared or feel the way you do .
