My morning sickness has gotten really bad. There's times I'll feel sick all morning and only be able to be sick at about 6pm. I've only managed to eat small meals the past couple days and that's just dinner! I'm trying my best to eat for the baby but it's really hard. Any advice??

Same, I'm bringing up nothing or stomach acid. The other day I ate half my dinner and it left 10 minutes later. Its a pain in the backside.

@Michelle aww I know how you feel! I heard ginger nut biscuits help or just any ginger products. I don't like ginger so I don't have it 😅😅. Maybe try those!?!?

You could also try the travel sickness wrist bands? X

Just wanted to say I’ve been vomiting since week 5 currently 10w+6. I’ve not had a meal in weeks and I’ve lost 5KG in weight. I’ve tried medication, I’ve tried small meals, I’ve tried ginger, bands, you name it I’ve tried it and nothing has worked. I was the same with my first and she is absolutely fine. I just try to make sure I keep as much fluid down as I possibly can to stop becoming dehydrated. So no advice but you are not alone 💛x
