My right boob has always produced slightly less. But lately it’s significantly less. I already don’t produce a lot and have to supplement. Has anyone had any success increasing supply and increasing the slacker? I nurse throughout the night and pump during the day. I always start nursing her on the slacker.

My right is also my slacker. I breast feed on demand but sometimes if I'm feeding on the left I will pump the right to help produce more. My schedule is to pump once in the morning and once at night, but if I feel I should I pump more during the day. I would say drain the right boob as much as possible so it will continue to produce more and more.

Make sure to massage your boob too as you’re pumping (It helps empty the boob all the way) I just use my hands!
As far as the huge difference during pumps - happened right before I had mastitis, so be aware of the significant drop. ♥️

Maybe try dry pumping on your slacker to increase your supply or see an IBCLC to see if they can help you

My right is a slacker and goes in spurts. If I messaged and do a hot compress, it can help. Sometimes, I just pump the right one a little more than the left, too, so instead of 15 minutes, it will be a 30-minute session.
