Whilst googling if it's okay to give my baby expressed breastmilk straight out of the fridge I saw that it mentioned you can mix breastmilk from different days/pump sessions in the same bag (which I've been doing) but it said before doing so you need to cool down the second lot of expressed breastmilk in the fridge before adding it to the previous bag of breastmilk in the fridge..I didn't know that and I've just been taking out the pouch of expressed breastmilk from the fridge from the previous day and adding in the freshly pumped breastmilk at room temp before putting the pouch back in the fridge. Has anyone else done this? Do you think it'll still be okay to give baby?

I’ve done this also before I knew any different- I did give it to baby and everything was ok, but I have started cooling it before mixing from then on!

I do it that way, my pediatrician said it's fine and I haven't had any problems yet!
