First time pregnancy. Feels like I’ve done a huge ab workout and my abdomen feels so tight and tender. Over 20 weeks.
Is this normal? And if so…does anyone have any tips for how to help with the pain from it

No tips but yes it's growing pains if it's groin area or round ligaments. I'm wk 22 and was told to expect this at this time.

I have this at the moment. It can be growing pains higher up too, I’m 26 weeks. Feel really uncomfortable. Saw Obs and Gynae at Assesment unit yesterday and she said warm compress, baths, and if needed cocodamol which is safe to take if need be.

This is my 1st time as well 24 weeks. I have so many pains so many places. I’ve just surrendered to them & say my everything hurts. So no advice, somedays you roll with it & carry on others you give yourself grace (after all you’re growing a person) & take it easy & have rest days

I’m 23 weeks and everything hurts all the time! I use a hot water bag nearly every day and it helps sometimes. I also fill up my bath tub with warm water and it helps any pain in my legs and feet ♥️

very very normal & they last throughout entire pregnancy usually 😅
