Like a lasagne or moussaka that doesn’t really work with me adding salt to mine after ?
Edit: also in general, are you adding salt to most of your meals after you’ve cooked ?
Tired of making separate meals for me/hubby and then baby.

You could just make a mini portion for your baby in a separate dish so they have the same but you are able to add the salt to yours x
yes, thank you

I just feed it. The amount of salt that will actually be served and eaten is absolutely fine. Like if you put a tsp in a pound of meat your baby isn't eating a full tsp.
If it's something that can be salted later I just pull out her portion and finish with more salt.

I use less/no salt in general now, to save the hassle. I feed baby everything and if needed, I just add more salt after on my own plate.
If I need to, I sometimes put a small portion separate before big seasonings go in (e.g. chilli, etc).
You do get used to having less salt in your food after a while so it's probably a good thing overall!

We just tried to use less salt when cooking. It rarely made a difference

I just don’t add salt to the meal and then just add salt to mine once it’s dished up 😊

I just don't use salt to save hassle. Haven't missed it personally. Even use zero salt stock cubes

I serve the same, I don’t use a lot of salt anyway but the amount baby gets is negligible anyway when you divide it up

When I do lasagne I salt the mince layers as they go in and leave the top corner free and then just mark the dish/make it notable in some way so you know which corner is salt-free

They've actually updated the guidelines on salt! Table salt is so fine- the advice is more to watch out for added sodium in processed foods
