Ok to exercise 4 weeks PP

Hi Has anyone returned back to exercise before doctors go ahead? Im 4 weeks PP and had a 2nd degree tear but recovery was better and quicker than my first birth and I think i have diastasis recti (physio next week). I only want to start doing couch to 5k do ease myself into it. Tia

I went back at 6 weeks doing aqua aerobics and boxing , even then my instructor told me not to do the sit ups/ crunches and wide leg squats when we was doing circuits, as I might feel fine but everything is still adjusting inside. Just go at your own pace and if anything hurts just stop.

I’m also 4w. PP, I’ve started doing really really light short sessions and gauging how I feel during, after and the next day to see what works or what doesn’t yet. So far so good! Lots of walking too
