Working

How did y’all figure out when to go back to work? My BD and I discussed me going back to work 2 weeks ago; he doesn’t work a regular 9-5 so he agreed to get our son M-F from 8am-5pm and I’ll get him when I’m off and the weekend I’ll have my son. Today we got in an disagreement and now he’s telling me tht he is going to start working in 2 days (which I don’t believe) so basically I will have no one to watch my baby while I work. He’s only 3 months so I wouldn’t want to put him in a daycare. My mom, dad, aunt and whole family work all day m-f and I don’t expect them to watch my son for me because it’s not their responsibility.
